Augustinavičiūtė considers various psychiatric descriptions of type outlined by Carl Jung, Antoni Kępiński, Andrey Lichko, and Karl Leonhard as not just correlated to the 16 types, but as descriptions of the 16 types themselves. Translation Policy

Unless otherwise stated, these translations were made by triangulating various machine translations (DeepL, Yandex, Reverso), and contacting native Russian speakers for unclear passages.

My goal is to retain as much of the original meaning in the translation as possible while still maintaining clarity in English, and adding Translator’s Notes for any cultural adaptations. Many translations from Wikisocion arbitrarily remove passages from these descriptions, which I seek to avoid.

When translating things like famous quotes, I attempt to find the original quote and leave it as is or translate it directly to English rather than translate a translated quote.
